Bo probably has the best client – practitioner bedside manner of anyone I know. He cares for his clients as tho they’re his friends. Making sure their needs are met and that progress is made. He does what works and won’t waste your time. A no nonsense kinda guy with practical approaches. He’s the best at his craft.
I’ve been to many physical therapists and must say it was refreshing to have been evaluated by Bo. He does a very extensive evaluation and it’s not just about where your pain is coming from. He evaluates all of you. Very out of the box thinker and a very knowledgeable practitioner. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a smart, motivating, looking at whole person kind of physical therapist.
Bo at FitCare is an amazing physical therapist that cares about my wellness and body. From the first moment I came in with my back pain, Bo wanted to make sure I was getting the proper care by even coming to the doctor with me to chat about the MRI results! The exercises and stretches he assigns are towards being pain free, and not wanting you to come back for the rest of your life. Thanks Bo!
Bo is truly a genius when it comes to the human body and knowing how everything interacts and functions. He takes time to listen to you so he fully understands your needs and his number one goal is to get you where you would like to be, physically. When I first started seeing him I had such severe low back pain there were days I couldn’t walk. Even getting out of bed was a whole project. I always had on and off pain that would go away with rest but this stint I severely hurt it while lifting (probably bad form) and it wasn’t getting better. I saw him and immediately experienced progress with my healing after each session. He was awesome at holding me accountable on my off days with check ins and analyzing video I would send him. He gave me at home exercises to do that totally made sense and didn’t take up my day. He took his time with me and was able to properly gauge when I could progress to the next step within the PT process. Bo is very invested in your success – he got me back into my fitness routine that I thought I’d have to give up on. I just wish I would have seen him before my pain spiked, with his knowledge of the human body I know I could have avoided this injury.
Dr Bo is the genuine article. He practices what he preaches himself. And can handle advanced Athletes to people just needing a tune up. I am a former wanna be advanced athlete that he was able to walk back from a hip replacement. If you want to move better and feel better this is the place to spend your time.
